By registering for, accessing, or using Achyut enterprise software modules, web apps, API endpoints, or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must terminate usage immediately.
Software License & Scope
Achyut grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our software platforms in strict compliance with these terms:
- You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or extract codebase modules unless explicitly permitted.
- Licenses are granted based on your subscription tier (Starter, Pro, Business, Enterprise) as agreed in our project terms.
- Commercial exploitation or sub-licensing to third parties is strictly prohibited.
Acceptable User Conduct
You agree not to utilize Achyut services, infrastructure, or endpoints to:
- Engage in malicious attacks, distribute viruses, or attempt brute-force access into our servers.
- Conduct security vulnerability scans, probe ports, or reverse engineer rate limit configurations without written authorization.
- Transmit unsolicited data, scrape content, or abuse multi-tenant app database architectures.
Intellectual Property Rights
All proprietary codebases, user interfaces, branding assets, custom visual graphics, logo symbols, and content served on this website are the sole property of Achyut and protected under international intellectual property, trademark, and copyright laws. No ownership is transferred upon license purchase.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Achyut be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from database downtimes, network latency spikes, CI/CD deployment pauses, or loss of transactional business records.
Service Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate customer accounts, license keys, and API access tokens immediately, without warning or liability, if we determine you have breached these Terms and Conditions or engaged in unauthorized operations on our servers.
Governing Law & Disputes
These terms, together with your usage of the application services, are governed and construed under the local jurisdiction laws of our corporate headquarters. All disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in the local municipal court system.
